Privacy policy

Plain English, because that's how we'd want it explained to us. Effective June 10, 2026.

What we collect

This website collects information only when you choose to send it to us through one of our forms — the risk submission form and the producer application. That information includes your name, agency name, email address, phone number, and whatever you tell us about the risk or your agency (such as the insured's name, coverage type, license number, and your description).

We don't use tracking cookies, analytics scripts, or advertising pixels on this site. Browsing the site sends us nothing.

How form data is delivered and used

When you submit a form, the contents are delivered to our office email by Web3Forms, a form-delivery service that transmits your message and does not use it for its own purposes. We use what you send us for exactly one thing: responding to you and doing the work you asked about — reviewing a risk, preparing a quote, or processing your producer appointment.

If you submit a risk for placement, the underwriting details you provide will be shared with the wholesale insurance markets we approach to quote it. That is the purpose of the submission. We do not sell your information, rent it, or share it with anyone for marketing.

How long we keep it

Insurance records have to be kept. If your submission becomes a placement, the related records are retained as required by Florida insurance law and our regulatory obligations. If nothing comes of an inquiry, it simply remains in our business correspondence.

Your choices

If you want to know what we have on file from a website form, want it corrected, or want it deleted (where the law doesn't require us to keep it), just ask — reach us through the contact page and we'll sort it out.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new effective date. We won't quietly change how your information is handled.
